RESERVATIONS & BOOKINGS

Weekly hire at Carrachan Holiday Cottage is Saturday to Saturday.

The booking period is strictly from 4 p.m. on your day of your arrival to 10 a.m. on the morning of your departure.

Booking must be confirmed with the non-refundable payment of a Booking Deposit of £100. The balance is due in full no later than six weeks prior to your arrival date.  Please also be aware that each booking will incur a £10 (plus VAT) booking fee - we have reduced our weekly rates to ensure that we are not passing on this fee to customers.

If you are booking less than 6 weeks from the rental date the full amount will be payable on booking.

Non-payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and the owners may re-let the property without reference.

We reserve the right to refuse or curtail any booking which may, in the opinion of the management, by reason of number or composition be unsuitable for the property concerned.

We recommend that you arrange your own cancellation insurance to provide cover in the event of unforeseen circumstances causing you to cancel your booking. If guests need to change their holiday dates, we will always try our very best to arrange this, however we are unable to offer refunds.
